Analysis of the current state and regulatory approaches in state investment and innovation policy

The paper explores scientific approaches to enhancing state regulation within the innovation and technology sector. It focuses on managing innovation-driven technological shifts in the national economy through a comprehensive set of public administration decisions. These measures are designed to boost economic performance and ensure integrated, predictable economic progress. The study emphasizes the necessity of stimulating innovation-implementing entities to achieve sustainable growth in the innovation sphere. The research is based on a systematic approach, utilizing methods of logical analysis, synthesis, and comparative evaluation to examine the current mechanisms of state regulation in the innovation sphere. Given the current state of the country, the identified regulatory and legal measures are essential for improving state regulation of innovation and technological changes within the national economy. The paper provides an original definition of state regulation of innovation-technological shifts as a system of governmental influence on the nation's scientific and technological potential. This system is aimed at achieving a synergistic effect-developing the state's economic sector by enhancing quantitative and qualitative indicators through the integrated development of all economic spheres. Consequently, achieving this effect requires the implementation of a comprehensive set of public administration decisions, resulting in improved economic performance driven by the ultimate goal of achieving holistic and predictable economic progress.
