У статті подано характеристику стратегічного фінансового управління в фінансових установах. Встановлено, що фінансовий менеджмент відіграє важливу роль у загальній системі управління підприємством, оскільки фінансові ресурси є джерелом, що забезпечують його конкурентоспроможність і фінансову стійкість. Проаналізовано та визначено переваги системи стратегічного фінансового управління. Запропоновано механізм оцінювання ефективності стратегічного фінансового управління у фінансових установах, спрямований на підтримання достатнього рівня конкурентоспроможності фінансової установи.
