У статті досліджено сутності та діагностику внутрішніх та зовнішніх загроз безпеки підприємства. Визначено зовнішні та внутрішні загрози підприємства. Проаналізовано, до яких негативних наслідків може призвести виникнення загроз безпеки підприємства зі сторони його адміністративно-управлінського персоналу та кадрів загалом, постачальників та інших контрагентів, споживачів. Виявлено інструменти, впровадження яких здатно превентивно вплинути на ключові бізнес-процеси та мінімізувати негативні наслідки у разі виникнення загроз.
