Статтю присвячено стратегічному спрямуванню ризик-менеджменту для покращення ефективності діяльності підприємства у воєнний час. Подано основні аспекти ризик-менеджменту відповідно до Strategy Execution. Розглянуто ключові принципи оптимізації ризик-менеджменту, включаючи особливості розвитку стратегії, інтеграцію в бізнес-процеси, вдосконалення функцій управління та процесів контролю. Зокрема, подано важливість впровадження ризик-менеджменту в основні фази бізнес-планування підприємства. Розглянуто заходи, що допоможуть підприємствам зменшити витрати, збільшити покриття ризиків та забезпечити сталий розвиток.
