Мета статті полягає в аналізі специфіки створення офісу управління проєктами в різних секторах економіки та визначення основних чинників, що впливають на особливості розбудови офісу управління проєктами у таких галузях, як інформаційні технології, будівництво, охорона здоров’я, фінанси та державне управління. У статті досліджено основні підходи до організації та функціонування офісів управління проєктами з урахуванням специфіки різних секторів економіки. Розглянуто основні етапи створення офісу управління проєктами, включаючи аналіз потреб організації, розроблення структури, впровадження стандартів, навчання команди, моніторинг роботи офісу управління проєктами.
