Смартизація малих та середніх підприємств (МСП) відкриває нові можливості для підвищення ефективності, автоматизації процесів та конкурентоспроможності, проте процес впровадження смарт-технологій супроводжується численними викликами. У статті проаналізовано основні ризики та перешкоди на шляху смартизації МСП та запропоновано практичні рекомендації для їх подолання. Визначено фінансові обмеження, технологічні проблеми та регуляторні проблеми як основні перешкоди смартизації МСП, а також унікальні характеристики МСП, які впливають на процес смартизації.
