Психологічні аспекти формування правосвідомості в історії держави і права України

У статті проаналізовано психологічні аспекти формування правосвідомості в історії держави і права України. Правосвідомість розглянуто як психолого-правовий феномен, що поєднує когнітивний, емоційно-ціннісний і поведінковий компоненти. Показано, що її розвиток зумовлювався національною ментальністю, історичною пам’яттю, звичаєво-правовими традиціями, рівнем довіри до держави та досвідом боротьби за свободу. Простежено еволюцію правосвідомості від Київської Русі й козацької доби до імперського, радянського та сучасного європейсько-демократичного етапу.
