У статті досліджено економічну корупцію як складне явище, що негативно впливає на економіку України, інвестиційний клімат і довіру до інститутів. Проаналізовано її сутність, типи та форми за різними критеріями. Визначено фундаментальні, організаційні та соціокультурні причини корупції, а також три рівні її прояву. Запропоновано модель розподілу ресурсів з урахуванням корупційних чинників. Результати дослідження окреслюють наслідки корупції та створюють основу для розроблення ефективних антикорупційних механізмів.
