У статті досліджено тактику допиту підозрюваного під час досудового розслідування пропаганди війни як одного з найбільш складних різновидів слідчої (розшукової) дії. Встановлено наявність протидії розслідуванню з боку допитуваної особи. Розкрито зміст підготовчого та робочого етапів допиту підозрюваного. Визначено предмет допиту підозрюваного залежно від способу вчинення пропаганди війни: публічні заклики, виготовлення та розповсюдження відповідних матеріалів, кожен з яких передбачає окремий перелік обставин, що підлягають з'ясуванню під час допиту.
