Міжнародні фінансово-правові інструменти відбудови енергетичної інфраструктури після збройних конфліктів

У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз міжнародних фінансово-правових інструментів відбудови енергетичної інфраструктури держави, що зазнала збройної агресії. Розглянуто програми МВФ, Світового банку, ЄБРР, ЄІБ, MIGA, інструменти ЄС (Ukraine Facility, Ukraine Energy Support Fund), механізм G7 ERA Loans та двосторонні домовленості. Запропоновано авторське визначення поняття «міжнародні фінансово-правові інструменти відбудови енергетичної інфраструктури» та обґрунтовано пропозиції до змін до Закону України «Про критичну інфраструктуру».
