Повномасштабна війна спричинила глибоку зміну трудового потенціалу, внутрішнього попиту та промислової бази України. Метою статті є визначення взаємозв’язку між кадровими втратами, відкладеним попитом і можливостями металургії у післявоєнній відбудові. На основі структурного, порівняльного та прогнозно-аналітичного підходів обґрунтовано, що ефективність відновлення залежить від поєднання активної політики зайнятості, стимулювання платоспроможного попиту та локалізації виробництва металопродукції для реконструкції житла, інфраструктури та промисловості.
