У статті розглянуто основні передумови формування системи антикризового управління на підприємствах у контексті системної трансформації зовнішньої та внутрішньої складових середовища господарювання, визначені проблемні аспекти системи антикризового управління. Досліджено основні наукові підходи, які розкривають сутність антикризового управління, а також нормативно-правовий базис, що регулює механізм управління підприємствами в умовах кризового стану. В результаті дослідження виокремлено основні підходи до класифікації інструментарію антикризового управління на підприємствах, що є передумовою до формування раціональної системи антикризового управління на підприємстві. Встановлено, що подальші дослідження можуть бути спрямовані на визначення вектору розвитку системи антикризового управління в умовах транзитивної економіко-правової системи господарювання в Україні.
