Розглянуто питання адаптивного управління динамічними змінами підприємства в сучасних умовах. Зазначено, що переважна більшість підприємств функціонує в мінливому й надзвичайно конкурентному зовнішньому середовищі й час від часу потребує динамічних змін, що досягається застосуванням адаптивного управління. Адаптивне управління динамічними змінами забезпечується цілеспрямованим формуванням і застосуванням механізмів реалізації можливостей підприємства, як сукупності його динамічних здатностей і ключових компетенцій.
