Індустріальний парк – це порівняно нова форма економічної організації, йому відводиться провідна роль у формуванні конкурентоспроможності держав та регіонів. Станом на вересень 2021 в Україні зареєстровано 53 індустріальні парки, проте немає жодного, який повною мірою функціонував би так, як провідні іноземні кластери. У статті авторами досліджено особливості цифровізації інноваційної економіки та надано її визначення, оцінено сучасний стан індустріальних парків України, виявлено причини неефективного їх функціонування та розроблено рекомендації з удосконалення формування та діяльності індустріальних парків України, використовуючи цифрові інструменти інноваційної економіки.
