У роботі розглянуто статистичну модель оцінювання впливу кліматичних умов на виробництво рослинництва в Україні. Проаналізовано динаміку змін статистичних показників виробництва рослинництва Херсонської області за період 1990-2019 роки: валовий збір культур зернових і зернобобових; площа, з якої зібрано культури зернові та зернобобові; урожайність пшениці; виробництво культур зернових і зернобобових на одну особу. Згруповано за рівнем водності періоди різного забезпечення атмосферними опадами Херсонської області: сухий, середній, вологий. Доведено, що на вплив урожайності пшениці озимої впливають такі фактори: площа посіву та середньорічні атмосферні опади.
