У статті визначено склад та встановлено особливості організаційного та інфраструктурного забезпечення процесів утворення та розвитку транскордонних кластерних структур. Здійснено тлумачення поняття економічного розвитку транскордонного кластера. Визначено основні етапи цього розвитку. Надано модель утворення потенціалу формування транскордонного кластера. Встановлено основні складники системи забезпечення реалізації цього потенціалу. Здійснено групування способів утворення транскордонних кластерних структур. Запропоновано послідовність процесів формування та розвитку транскордонних кластерів. Визначено головних суб’єктів інфраструктурного забезпечення процесів утворення та розвитку транскордонних кластерних структур.
