У статті проаналізовано проблеми управління персоналом українських підприємств, які виникли у зв’язку з повномасштабним військовим вторгненням росії на територію України. Запропоновано використання концепції Кайдзен в управлінні персоналом для подолання кризових явищ в управлінні підприємствами. Визначені завдання для ефективного управління персоналом із використанням концепції Кайдзен у період воєнного стану для збільшення рівня керованості системи підприємств як на рівні окремого підприємства, так і на рівні певної території.
