У статті подано аналіз основних моделей оперативного управління запасами високотехнологічного підприємства. Підкреслено, що управління запасами полягає у встановленні обсягів замовлення на їх заповнюваність та розподіл за ланцюгами постачально-виробничо-збутової системи, яка керована на основі комплексного логістичного підходу в межах стратегічного управління. Облік особливостей кожної підсистеми - постачальницької, виробничої, збутової, як і оптимальне управління ресурсами, засновано на мінімізації витрат та веде до якісного задоволення попиту.
