У статті наведено авторську схему, яка відображає основні труднощі, з якими зіткнулася Державна служба України з надзвичайних ситуацій (ДСНС) у період військових дій. Візуалізовано пропозиції стосовно соціальних гарантій осіб рядового і начальницького складу служби цивільного захисту у вигляді зручної для сприйняття схеми. Зроблено висновок, що соціальний захист працівників ДСНС є актуальним питанням, особливо в умовах збройної агресії росії проти України. Хоча законодавством передбачено певні соціальні гарантії для рятувальників, є низка проблем, які потребують вирішення на законодавчому рівні.
